IVEGA Learning Centre organises short-term and long-term off-line (face-to-face) English courses on the school premises, but also provides on-line courses in the virtual environment, using a variety of communication platforms such as SKYPE, ZOOM, MICROSOFT TEAMS and others.
We teach General English with an emphasis on conversation, and also Business English and Technical English. We deliver courses that separately teach English Grammar or Conversation. We prepare students for school-leaving examinations (Maturita) in their final secondary school year as well as for international exams (such as PET, FCE, CAE, IELTS, ELSA, FELSA), which our students can take several times a year in cooperation with the British Council, LCCI or other international institutions at one of their testing centres.
General English courses are recognised and accredited by the Accreditation Commission of the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic at 5 levels of language competence. All course programmes and curricula comply with the criteria of the Common European Framework for languages (CEF).
We offer several forms of off-line and on-line learning:
- Individual/one-to-one learning
- group learning in DUO, TRIO groups and small groups of 6 to 8 students,
- company learning that is thoroughly prepared and »made-to-measure« according to clients’ needs.
